Expand Wi-Fi Development Support with Ezurio’s Veda SL917 Module - April 15

In this session, we invite our partner, Ezurio (formerly Laird Connectivity), to discuss the recent launch of their Veda SL917 Module built with Silicon Labs’ SiWx917 IC. While the module offers pre-certified global approvals, the Veda SL917 also expands upon flexible development paths for ultra-low power designs seeking to implement Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth LE. We’ll show how developers can use Simplicity Studio to compile WiSeConnect SDK in SoC Mode on the Veda SL917 Explorer board and demo the SDK running in NCP mode using the Veda SL917 MikroE Click Board on a host controller.  This session will also unveil embedded Python support for the Veda SL917 within Ezurio’s Canvas Software Suite.

Enabling AI/ML at the Edge

AI/ML at the edge is often associated with data eventually reaching the cloud, but many real-world applications can collect data and make decisions locally without the need for connectivity. This session will explore how developers can add AI/ML inferencing to standalone or wired devices, with the flexibility to incorporate wireless capabilities when ready.
